When we came across this property it was clear that this 4-bed terraced property had fantastic potential as an HMO. Built in the late 1800s it is the end terrace in a row of houses originally built for a local factory – this property was for the factory foreman, being much bigger than the others in the row.
Set over 3 stories, it includes a living room, dining room/kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms on each of the floors above.
It required complete refurbishment, as you can see from the photos below.
The Location: Beeston
Beeston is a fast-developing part of Nottingham and one of the most popular places to live in the city, especially for young professionals. It has Nottingham University and the Queens Medical Centre on its doorstep, as well as the Boots head office. Close to Nottingham city centre, it benefits from fantastic transport infrastructure including a train station (where you can get direct trains to many major cities including London, Birmingham, and Leeds), bus network and tram.
